FractalTrek is an app for exploring the world of Mandelbrot FractalSpace using a futuristic TNG GUI. It lets you constitute amazingly beautiful, shallow-depth, quasi-3D fractals using the SAM (Stripe Average Method) rate of ascent coloring.
The first time the app is launched, the user have charge of is shown. On subsequent launches, the great sea fractal panel is always shown before anything else. To show the main fractal array from the user guide, click the MAIN button in the surpass-left of the view. To display the user guide from the ~ duct fractal panel, click the EndCap button by the (Question Mark) title in the upper-unswerving of the view (see the screenshots beneath).
You really should read the User Guide in the beginning, but if you want to skip over right in…
As you have power to see in the first screenshot beneath, there is a large green Mandelbrot fractal at a 2X zoom go-between in the center of the view. Click somewhere in a green country near the black interior. You have power to wait for the fractal to present with the new position, or you be possible to immediately click the Zoom In button that is straightforward below and to the far-not oblique of the fractal image. That power of determination zoom in on the fractal by a factor of 5X times the current zoom substitute.
When auto rendering is turned adhering (toggle it with the AutoRender button), every time you make a parameter vary to the fractal, FractalTrek automatically aborts the current cause to be and immediately starts rendering a of the present day fractal with the new parameter predetermined.
When you turn auto rendering opposite, you can make multiple parameter changes and therefore click the Render button to consider all of the new changes at once.
To change the coloring of your fractal, catch the Gradient Well at the head right of the view. This give by ~ load all of the gradient presets into the equitable side of the view. Then uncorrupt click any gradient preset.
The fractals that are rendered in the Fractal Previewer are not antialiased. That course they render 9 times faster than the fractal images that you export. Of course they wont look in the same proportion that good as the export fractals. Preview fractals automatically present to the same size as the Fractal Previewer, for a like rea~n depending on your monitor size, and the place and zoom factor, you can except a fair amount of time allowing that you work in Windowed Mode in the room of Full-Screen Mode (use the MODE button to toggle it).
FractalTrek lets you send out fractal images up to 4096×4096 pixels in volume, and they are always rendered using 9x (3×3) supersampled antialiasing with regard to stunning images.
FractalTrek is multi-threaded, for a like rea~n you can export multiple fractals simultaneously, and ~-house continue to explore new preview fractals at the similar time.
When you are ready to make into the SAM details, click the SAM chapter button in the User Guide.
Have merriment exploring FractalSpace.
